Error Message: “Login failed: A server with the specified hostname could not be found.“

This error message will pop up if the “Account Name” is incorrect. The account name can be found on the URL link of the Behavior Connect website you are given as seen in the example below. This is the account associated with those who will be viewing your case.

 

To solve this, type your given account name in the first text box and click login.
