Error Message: “Login failed: The internet connection appears to be offline.”
Receiving this error message means your device is not connected to the internet. If you are in proximity of an internet connection, then this means that your device’s Wi-Fi option is turned off. In order to fix this, please follow Apple’s steps on how to turn your Wi-Fi on by clicking here.
Error Message: “Login failed: Invalid username or password.”
If you run into this error message, either your password or username are incorrect. If this error message keeps popping up on the app, it means that the information given to you was not the right username and password. To manually reset your login, go on to Behavior Connect via your computer and click on Forgot Password.
Error Message: “Login failed: A server with the specified hostname could not be found.“
This error message will pop up if the “Account Name” is incorrect. The account name can be found on the URL link of the Behavior Connect website you are given as seen in the example below.
