Dr. Angelika Anderson: Behavior Imaging for Functional Behavior Assessment

On June 8, 2010, as part of an international health technology forum held at Boise State University (Boise, ID), Dr. Angelika Anderson of Monash University, Australia’s largest University, discussed her work with Behavior Imaging for Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), interventions, and work with children’s self-management.

 About the Speaker

Angelika Anderson, Ph.D., is Senior Lecturer on the Faculty of Education at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She leads research development at the Elwyn Morey Child Study Centre and has been invited by the New Zealand Ministry of Health to serve on the national committee reviewing autism service delivery guidelines. Dr. Anderson is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, the Association for Behavior Analysis, and Autism Victoria. She holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology. She has a special interest in inclusive education for children with challenges (special learning needs, problem behavior, poverty, or minority status)
