My login buttons aren’t responding.
If the login buttons aren’t responding, it is because your device is not connected to Wi-Fi. Make sure your device is connected to a network and your Airplane mode is off.
Please note that iTouches must be connected to Wi-Fi in order to log in.

If this doesn’t work, try force-quitting the Behavior Capture app.
