Forgot Username and Password
Forgot Username
If at any point a user has forgotten their username, they can follow these steps to have it sent to them via email.
1. Click on the link to open the “Forgot Username” window.
2. Type in a working email address associated with the user’s account.
3. A pop-up window will appear saying, “Username was successful. Please check your email for further instructions.”
4. Check the email address for the username recovery message and click on the link provided. The link will expire in 48 hours.
